About the video: Henry Ellis & Derek Eastman both have their dan grade diplomas signed by OSensei Morihei Ueshiba.

Chuck Griffiths demonstrates the Aikido push ups as they were done under Kenshiro Abbe Sensei in the 1950s, they are still a part of the exercises at all the Ellis Schools of Traditional aikido in the UK and USA.
